Village Martial Arts

Concept

Create an environment where practitioners of various martial arts co-utilize a space, thereby benefiting from training in a clean and open space. The idea is that the participating instructors can both teach their style and benefit from other styles. 

Participating Instructors - How Does it Work?

VMA is the space where  different instructors can operate their own independent businesses. Each participating instructor teaches their form of Martial Arts or conducts another fitness training. They are responsible for the conduct of their classes in all ways. They set their rates, keep their schedule, develop their curriculum, and any rules specific to their instruction style. They are responsible for managing all aspects of their instructions, students, and operations.

​In addition to any instructor specific policies, all people using the VMA space have to abide by general VMA rules. These common sense rules are available on this website and on the walls at VMA.

VMA's foundational concept is respect and consideration at all times for those training and teaching. 

Current Participating Instructors

The styles practiced and taught at VMA vary from time-to-time. Currently, Hapkido, Kickboxing, and Self-Defense are taught. Check the schedules for current times and participating instructors. To participate in one of the styles using the VMA location, please contact that instructor directly.
